Welcome to your private area at the Hotel Gran Bilbao. Here you will be able to check your reservations and to make the online check in of your room. Kindly visit the section "My reservations" to automatically retrieve your next bookings and start the check in. If you cannot find your bookings under "My reservations", proceed to Pre-checkin to manually find them.

One of the advantages of our online check in is that you will be able to use your mobile phone as the room key. You just need to download an APP from the email you will receive upon your arrival at the hotel. Alternatively, you can already download the APP from the following links and when you receive the email, it will just activate your key. Once the key is activated, at the hotel do not forget to turn on the Bluetooth.
